Patrick Manning, Owner of Mile High Properties, LLC, has more than 10 years providing Property Management Services for his properties in Austin, TX, prior to investing in the Colorado Springs property market. Currently, Patrick owns and manages 50 residential apartment units across 3 multi-unit apartment buildings.
Patrick’s top priority in managing his properties is the ensure the safety and well-being of the residents under Mile High Properties, LLC care, as well as the protection and value retention of the property’s assets under management. Christine Russell is our Property Manager who is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Residents, prospective Residents, vendors, and her Property Owners. Christine has extensive experience leading a team of highly skilled Office and Maintenance Personnel whose goal is to maximize the value of property assets within her portfolio.
Christine’s focus is to enhance the investment return for the properties by identifying areas where Mile High Properties, LLC can increase the value of our assets by improving the desirability of the property to prospective Tenants, and by enabling smooth operations, maintenance, financials, and compliance.
Christine’s experience includes the creation and analysis of financial reports, budget development, project planning, property branding and marketing, tenant credit risk and application processing, accounts receivable, rent collections, market surveys, lease processing and renewals, and enforcement of Owner policies and procedures to ensure Resident comfort and safety.
Christine’s most valuable attribute is her ability to create a positive rapport with each Resident, maintenance engineer, contractor, and vendor by bringing a professional, can-do attitude and excellent customer service.
Frank Richardson is our Lead Maintenance Engineering with more than 27 years of experience providing Property Maintenance Services in the Colorado Springs area. Frank is a licensed General Contractor and Building Code Certified, who specializes in the maintenance, renovation, and repairs of multi-unit apartment properties.
Frank leads all Mile High Properties LLC capital project planning and execution to ensure each property, including individual apartment units, is renovated to the highest standards of quality and safety to ensure our properties are affordable, clean, and comfortable for all our Residents, in addition to having the latest materials, appliances and conveniences that make day-to-day living comfortable for each Resident.
Given Frank’s extensive network of contractors and vendors in the Colorado Springs area, Frank will often put his own personal touch on the Property common areas and individual apartments that result in design ideas and concepts which increase both property value and operational efficiency.
Most importantly, Frank has great customer service skills and a positive maintenance approach that allows him to work proactively with Residents to fix things before they become a problem.
